
Adjustable Crochet Yoga Mat Strap

Materials
– Strong cotton yarn or macrame cord (approx. 50g)
– 4 mm crochet hook
– 2 wooden or plastic D-rings (optional for buckle ends)
– Scissors

Instructions
The strap is made of two loops for the mat and one long connecting band.

First Loop (Mat End):

Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and across (39 sc).

Fold into loop and seam short ends together to form a band.
