Instructions:

Start with the band: Using white yarn, ch 16.

Repeat rows 2-3 until the band measure approximately 32 inches total or desired length.
Next, make the cups: Attach red yarn to the center of the band.

Row 2: Ch 3, *dc in the next 2 dc, ch 1, skip 1; repeat from * until the end (2 dc and 2 ch-1 sps). Turn.

Fasten off. Repeat for the second cup on the opposite side.
Joining the Cups: Use white yarn and sl st to join the cups together in the center. Now, ch 50, then sl st into the top of the right cup to create the tie. Repeat for the left side.
