Materials

  • 80g cotton yarn (sport or DK weight)

  • 3.5 mm crochet hook

  • Yarn needle

  • Scissors

Instructions

  1. Base (worked in the round):

    • Magic ring

    • Rnd 1: 6 sc in ring

    • Rnd 2: 2 sc in each st (12)

    • Rnd 3: 1 sc, 2 sc in next around (18)

    • Rnd 4: 2 sc, 2 sc in next around (24)

    • Continue increasing until base fits your bottle’s diameter (~30–36 sts)

  2. Body (Mesh Pattern):

    • Rnd 1: sc in back loop only around

    • Rnd 2: ch 3, skip 1 st, sc in next — repeat

    • Repeat mesh pattern rounds until desired height (bottle neck level)

  3. Top Rim:

    • 2 rounds of sc evenly around

    • Fasten off and weave in ends

  4. Strap:

    • Ch 120 (or desired length), sl st into bottom base

    • Sc back across the chain to reinforce

    • Attach to opposite side of top rim, secure with sl sts
