Materials
– Fingering or DK cotton yarn (approx. 15–20g)
– 3 mm crochet hook
– Tapestry needle
– Scissors
– Dried lavender or herbal mix
– Scrap fabric or cheesecloth (optional for lining)


Instructions

Front & Back Panels (Make 2 Identical Rectangles):

  1. Ch 26

  2. Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and across. (25 sts)

  3. Row 2–24: Ch 1, turn, sc across (approx. 10×7.5 cm)

  4. Fasten off and weave in ends.


Assembly:

  1. Optional: Inner Pouch

    • Sew a small fabric bag (same size) and fill with dried lavender

    • Or place dried herbs directly inside before closing

  2. Join the Two Panels:

    • Align the front and back pieces

    • Whipstitch or sc around 3 sides (leave top open)

    • Insert filling or inner pouch

    • Close final side and sew shut (or add button/flap if reusable)
