Crochet Reusable Tea Bag

Materials

100% unbleached cotton yarn (fine weight)
2.5 mm crochet hook
Yarn needle
Drawstring cord (cotton or jute)
Scissors

Instructions (Worked Flat)

Bag Body:
- Ch 17
- Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook and across (16 sc)
- Row 2–14: ch 1, turn, sc in each stitch (16 sc)
- Fasten off and leave long tail
Assembly:
- Fold rectangle in half to form a square
- Whip stitch or sl st the sides together (leave top open)
Drawstring Round:
- Reattach yarn at top corner
- Work sc evenly around opening
- Fasten off and weave in ends
- Weave cord through top stitches to create a drawstring closure
