How To
-
Brioche is Stretchy:
Don’t panic if it looks narrow at first — it expands dramatically after a few rounds. -
Practice Round-by-Round:
Focus on rhythm — it's a 2-step repeat (brk, slip) and becomes relaxing over time. -
Color Tips:
Start with one color to avoid confusion, then try two-color brioche for depth. -
Lifeline Suggestion:
Insert a lifeline every few rounds if you're new to brioche — it’s tricky to fix mistakes! -
Blocking Magic:
Gently block to shape and even out brioche ribbing for a polished finish.
