Adorable Amigurumi Animal Collection
Materials:
- Yarn: Choose a variety of worsted weight yarn in various colors (approximately 50g each for the main color of each animal, and small amounts for accents)
- Hook: 4.0 mm (G/6)
- Stuffing: Polyester fiberfill or similar
- Safety eyes: 6mm (optional)
- Tapestry needle for weaving ends
- Scissors

Gauge is not critical for this project but aim for 5 stitches per inch in single crochet for a sturdy fabric.

- ch = chain
- sc = single crochet
- inc = increase (2 sc in one stitch)

Basic Animal Body:
- Start with a magic ring: Form a magic ring and secure it.
- Rnd 1: 6 sc in the magic ring (6)
- Rnd 2: Inc in each stitch around (12)
- Rnd 3: *sc in next stitch, inc in next stitch* repeat around (18)
- Rnd 4: *sc in next 2 stitches, inc in next stitch* repeat around (24)
- Rnds 5-10: sc in each stitch around (24) for 6 rounds
- Rnd 11: *sc in next 2 stitches, dec* repeat around (18)
- Rnd 12: *sc in next stitch, dec* repeat around (12)
