Hair:
Using red yarn, cut multiple strands about 12 inches long. Attach each strand to the head by splitting the strands in half and pulling them through stitches around the top of the head. You can style the hair as you wish!
Arms (make 2):
- With skin tone yarn, make a magic ring.
- Round 1: 6 sc in the magic ring (6).
- Rounds 2-4: Sc in each stitch around (6) for 3 rounds.
- Change to yellow yarn.
- Rounds 5-7: Sc in each stitch around (6) for 3 rounds.
- FO and leave a long tail for sewing. Stuff lightly and sew to the body at the shoulders.
Legs (make 2):
- With green yarn, make a magic ring.
- Round 1: 6 sc in the magic ring (6).
- Round 2: Inc in each stitch around (12).
- Rounds 3-7: Sc in each stitch around (12) for 5 rounds.
- FO and leave a long tail for sewing. Stuff lightly and sew to the body at the bottom.
Finishing:
Weave in all loose ends and make sure the doll is fully stuffed. You can block areas if required to give a nice shape. If you want to add clothing or any accessories, feel free to improvise with additional colors and patterns!
Remember to use a yarn needle to weave in those ends nicely. This is a great project to personalize, so have fun!
