Instructions:
Round 1: Make a slip knot and ch 4. Join with a sl st to form a ring.
Ch 3 (counts as first dc), then dc 2 into the ring. Ch 2, *dc 3 into the ring, ch 2; repeat from * 3 more times. Join to the top of ch 3 with a sl st. (4 groups of 3 dc with spaces in between)

Round 3: Sl st into next ch-2 sp. Ch 3 (counts as first dc), then dc 2 into the same sp. Ch 2, *dc 3 in the next ch-2 sp, ch 2; repeat from * to end. Join as before.
Finishing: Cut yarn, leaving a long tail. Weave in all loose ends using a tapestry needle. If desired, block your squares to ensure they have a uniform shape and size.
