100% cotton yarn in yellow (approximately 200 yards)
Size H/8 (5 mm) crochet hook

Instructions:

Dishcloth 1:

Ch 30 (or any multiple of 2 to achieve your desired width).
Row 1: In the 4th ch from the hook, make 1 dc. DC in each ch across (28 dc). Turn your work.
Row 2: Ch 2 (counts as first dc here and throughout), dc in each st across (28 dc). Turn your work.
Repeat Row 2 until your dishcloth measures approximately 10 inches in length, or until you’ve completed about 24 rows.
Finish off, leaving a long tail for weaving in. Cut the yarn.
Weave in all ends with the tapestry needle.

Dishcloth 2:

Ch 30, as in Dishcloth 1.
Follow the same instructions as in Dishcloth 1 for Rows 1 and 2.
This dishcloth can be finished after 20 rows if you prefer a slightly smaller size (about 8 inches).
Finish off and weave in the ends.
