Instructions

1. Head (make 1):

   • CO 20 sts.

   • Work in stockinette stitch (1 row knit, 1 row purl) for 24 rows.

   • Shape head by decreasing:

     • Row 25: K2, K2tog across

     • Row 26: P

     • Continue decreasing every other row until 8 sts remain.

   • Bind off, sew side seam, stuff firmly.

2. Body (make 1):

   • CO 24 sts.

   • Work in stockinette stitch for 30 rows.

   • Shape base with decreases as in head.

   • Bind off, sew and stuff.

3. Ears (make 2):

   • CO 10 sts.

   • Work 12 rows in garter stitch (knit every row).

   • Bind off, sew flat to sides of head.

4. Trunk:

   • CO 8 sts.

   • Work 14 rows in stockinette.

   • Roll into a tube, sew and stuff lightly. Attach under center of face.

5. Legs (make 4):

   • CO 10 sts.

   • Work 18 rows in stockinette.

   • Sew into cylinders, stuff, and attach evenly.

6. Finishing:

   • Embroider eyes with black yarn or sew safety eyes securely.

   • Stitch body and head together. Attach all parts securely.

   • Weave in all ends neatly.
