Instructions:

Body:

With purple yarn, make a magic ring.
Round 1: 6 sc in the ring (6).
Round 2: inc in each stitch around (12).
Round 3: (sc in next st, inc) repeat around (18).
Round 4: (sc in next 2 sts, inc) repeat around (24).
Rounds 5-10: sc in each stitch around (24).

Round 12: (sc in next st, dec) repeat around (12).
Stuff the body firmly with fiberfill.
Round 13: dec around (6) and finish off. Leave a long tail for sewing.

Head:

With purple yarn, make a magic ring.

Round 2: inc in each stitch around (12).
Round 3: (sc in next st, inc) repeat around (18).
Rounds 4-7: sc in each stitch around (18).
Round 8: (sc in next st, dec) repeat around (12).
Stuff the head lightly.
Round 9: dec around (6) and finish off. Leave a long tail for sewing.

Ears (make 2):

With yellow yarn, ch 5.
Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across (4).
Row 2-3: ch 1, turn, sc in each stitch across (4). Finish off and leave a long tail for sewing.

Paws (make 4):

With white yarn, ch 4.
Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across (3).
Row 2: ch 1, turn, sc in each stitch across (3). Finish off, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Assembly:

Sew the head to the body using the long tail.
Sew the ears on top of the head.
Sew the paws to the front of the body.
Using black yarn, embroider the mouth and whiskers.
Attach safety eyes or sew on buttons for the eyes.

Finishing:
