Gauge:
16 stitches and 8 rows = 4 inches in lace pattern. To measure, crochet a swatch of 20 stitches and 10 rows. Measure 4 inches across the middle of your swatch. Adjust your hook size if necessary to meet this gauge.

Instructions:
Body of the Dress:
- Chain 140 for the neckline, ensure it's a multiple of 6 plus 2 for the lace pattern.
- Row 1: In the 4th ch from the hook, dc, *ch 2, skip next 2 ch, dc in the next ch; repeat from * across. Turn.
- Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as first dc), *dc in the ch-2 sp, ch 2; repeat from * across. Finish with a dc in the last dc. Turn.
- Row 3: Ch 1, sc in the first st, *ch 2, skip the next dc, sc in the ch-2 sp; repeat from * across. Turn.

Waist Panel:
- After finishing the body, chain 20 to create a waistband. Join with sl st to form a ring.
